We take an initial 20% order value deposit, which secures your date to ensure we Scene Your Event! The remaining balance is then required 1 month prior to your big day. If you'd prefer to spread the payment out over several months then please speak to us as this can be easily arranged. Alternatively you can pay the full balance via our website quick and easily!

We deliver all throughout the North West including, Manchester, Preston, Blackpool, Liverpool, Wrexham, Southport. Anywhere within 1 hour drive of Manchester is completely FREE delivery for all orders over £300!

Orders under this value may incur small fees based on additional time and mileage will apply for all other deliveries outside this area.

Don't worry! You will receive a confirmation email almost instantly from us. This will contain a list of the products you have chosen along with the amount you have paid and any important notes you entered at the checkout stage. We will then be on hand either by phone or email to answer any questions you may have leading up to the big day!

This is where we will work closely with you and your venue! We can either set up the evening before your event, the morning of or alternatively after the ceremony or wedding breakfast. If you want different elements setting up at different times, then we can either simply have someone on site or store your products within the venue for the staff to move at the time of your choosing.
